KIM O'DONNELL

DO YOU NEED A HAND (OR A HOLIDAY)?

Dear Colleague,

I will be available to provide a locum service from 1 May 2009.

I was:

--Admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW on 4 June 1999.

--Admitted to the High Court of Australia on 10 November 1999.

I am:

--A member of the NSW Law Society Rural Issues Committee

--Treasurer/Director of the Bendigo Community Bank in Gilgandra

--Completing Diploma of Practice Management Customised for Law Firms through UNE Partnerships

--Experienced in the areas of Local Court criminal and civil divisions, debt collection, family law, residential and rural conveyancing and off-the-plan purchases, wills and estates, sale and purchase of businesses, subdivisions, leasing and commercial property transactions, victims compensation and equine/animal law

Apart from twelve (12) months in Sydney immediately following my admission, all my experience has been in rural and regional firms. For the last four (4) years I have been employed to manage two branches of a Dubbo-based firm. Prior to my current employment I had a small sole practice at Oberon for two and a half years.

Before being admitted as a solicitor I worked as a legal secretary for many years, mainly in Sydney, and continue to have a keen interest in administration.

I look forward to hearing from you if you consider my skills and experience may benefit you and your firm or if you would like a copy of my resume and any further information.

Kim O'Donnell
