An invitation To All Australians & Communities Against Water Fluoridation
Dear Friends
We are writing to you in relation to the urgent necessity to end water fluoridation in Australia. For many years the trusting people of Australia have been mislead and deceived as to the actual compound added to their water supply. This toxic, health-debilitating concoction of poisons affects every Australian both physically and mentally. This includes the unborn, poisoned via the placenta, all animals and environmental terrain.
For the past eight months, Welcome Australia has communicated, in person, with Doctors, Dentists and Scientists from all over the world. These experts include Professor Paul Connett, Professor Mark Diesendorf, Dr Bruce Spittle, Dr Bill Osmunson, Dr Phyllis Mullenix, Dr Vyvyan Howard, Dr Russell Blaylock, Dr John Ryan, Dr Andrew Harms, Dr A K Susheela, Dr Roger Masters and Dr Hans Moolenburg. These witnesses are prepared to fly to Australia to give evidence, in order that we may live free of poisonous mass medication.
We have prepared for the Australian Court during this period, affidavits and expert evidence from these professionals who, in their own right, have worked tirelessly to expose and eliminate water fluoridation in many countries. The scientific evidence we now have on hand proves beyond doubt that the ingestion or exposure to any amount of fluoride or associated heavy metals is highly dangerous and totally unacceptable. It is in breach of many National and International Treaties and Laws, it is a Crime Against Humanity.
In June we had almost completed our submission to be filed in the Supreme Court in Queensland. However, after visiting and holding discussions with the good folk of Barwon Freedom from Fluoridation Inc. in Geelong, Victoria. - www.baff.org.au and holding discussions with numerous groups in both NSW and Queensland, it was agreed that our efforts be shared to include the elimination of fluoride from all household water supplies throughout Australia. This would require presenting to the Court in Affidavit form, a case history of all fluoride correspondence and records on behalf of each community. This would clearly demonstrate to the Court that the voice of the people had been ignored for many years, regardless of the evidence presented to Councils and Governments. Several communities have already begun copying and forwarding such records to us.
An important vehicle to assist in the coordination of such a task is a very powerful and professional website. The website will be used to educate the people of all communities by promoting a local level of involvement and get togethers for viewing the videos, discussing the science, health and environmental implications, registering and donating. The website will offer an enormous database allowing each community to register unlimited residents under their name. The site will be both exciting and user friendly, promoted on all forms of internet, to include a special drive, undertaken by the younger generation to awaken and involve their own. We have had quotes from very professional web designers who are capable of building such a site.
In the past, an underlining factor that may have prevented communities from taking court action, is that of having court costs awarded against them, should they be unsuccessful in their endeavours. Whilst Welcome Australia as a humanitarian organisation has been pleased to coordinate and take the part of the applicant for a State of Queensland action, we recommend to our Lawyers that a Trust be set up to both facilitate donations and protect the applicants from liability, such as an Australian Coalition for Community & Environmental Health. Such a name would enable this Coalition to address other serious Health & Environmental issues in the future that affect the life and general well being of the good and trusting Australian people.
We would be pleased to continue in the role of coordinator of affidavits, expert witnesses, evidence, community material and in the preparation of court documents for Lawyers and Barristers. We would also be pleased to work in conjunction with each community to bring International attention to what may well be the largest case of its type seen in Australia.
We hereby wish to invite all Community Organisations and residents throughout Australia, to join together as one body, with the spirit and intention to end water fluoridation in Australia forever.
"Obviously a united, successful legal action to end fluoridation will take some money, depending upon how much legal and other technical and professional help can be secured on a pro-bono or voluntary basis. At this stage however, Welcome is simply asking for 'in principle support', and drawing together the groups and individuals that will be part of this Coalition. Fundraising will follow."
